Room accessibility for disabled guests needs serious improvement!!! Noise from pub area can disturb sleep!!! Inconsistent sound insulation from adjoining rooms affects comfort!!!

Ideal for Family Adventures
The room was perfect, beds very comfortable an awesome private courtyard where my kids could chill outside. The staff was amazing, couldn't do enough for us, especially when we had a hiccup with the TV, Wayne just wouldn't stop until it was sorted.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still reasonable for what you get.

The family room was spacious and great for our little ones, with a separate area to relax and a comfy setup. The kids loved the TV having loads of channels, including Netflix, which was a treat after a day outdoors. Friendly staff added to the welcoming atmosphere.
In my wife’s opinion, a children's menu or breakfast options earlier than 11am would really elevate the experience for families.

missingWrote a review on Aug 20cozy pubfriendly staffdelicious steak fajitasdining arrangement confusion
Great stay with friends! We loved exploring the beautiful countryside and enjoyed a fantastic hike at nearby trails. The room was comfy and clean, and the staff were super friendly. Don't miss the delicious steak fajitas at dinner, too! The pub atmosphere is cozy, making it perfect for a group. Definitely a place to consider for future trips.
One downside was the initial confusion about the dining arrangements. We weren't clearly informed about table reservations, which left us a bit puzzled about where to eat.

The family room had comfortable beds and ample space, meeting all our needs perfectly. The staff provided excellent service, and the meals, especially the Singapore noodles, were delicious. Unfortunately, the heating in our room was inadequate, making it quite chilly during the night, and we experienced a long wait for our meal in the busy restaurant. The lack of Wi-Fi in the room was also disappointing.

Comfortable twin room with Netflix and a DVD player enhanced our stay. Staff were incredibly friendly, providing excellent service, especially when an error with our order occurred. The food was enjoyable, particularly the local bread. however, the rude interaction with the staff during a busy evening overshadowed the experience. It's worth noting the location had its charm, but could benefit from improved customer interaction.

The double room offered a warm and spacious layout, which made it cozy after a long day of exploring. It featured a tasteful selection of decoration, giving it a unique, homey feel that made unwinding easy.
The beds left a lot to be desired. My wife and I had to improvise by using duvets from the single beds to make the double bed somewhat bearable. Noise from the staff late at night reached our room. I swear they were having a swearing contest in the kitchen next door. Breakfast left something to be desired too—omelettes seemed reheated and definitely weren't fresh, despite the promises. The restaurant area could use a little dusting. overall, it just felt like some upkeep was missing.
